Laser Advantage conducted a survey and found out of 70 random surveys only 2.9% or 2 offices did not find the information Laser Advantage provided as beneficial. Our further research found that the 2 offices not using our information had been in the laser business for a number of years and already had a system in place.
Our survey also has an approval point reward system. Out of 1725 possible points, Laser Advantage received 1630 points or a 94.5% approval rating of excellence for the information and training provided to new customers.

We feel that all of the information and training was great. We just wish we had had more overall time with Laser Advantage. It would have been good for us to have 1 day of office/adv, etc. and then full day of training. For those of us with absolutely no experience in this industry, 2 full days would’ve been better. At times we felt rushed through some of the material. We were extremely grateful that Deb stayed for the morning on the second day so we could get the extra hands-on guidance. That was critical for us, but we ended up feeling like even more of that would’ve been helpful. Perhaps, that was just because of our personalities. Our suggestion, although I know you already do this, would be to take into consideration what level of experience your clients have. If an office is already doing these procedures and has some marketing experience, they will obviously need less of your time. These are just our thoughts and may be only pertinent to our situation. The best I can tell you about the services Neil and Debbie Blanchard provide is "foresight". When we first purchased our laser, we felt that we could go at it alone with the marketing information that Altus gave us. We tried advertising in church bulletins, local papers, radio, etc. and found that all we were doing was wasting money. We were very leery about spending the money to hire Neil and Debbie, but I must tell you in all honesty, it was the best money we spent. Within one month from the time the Blanchard's visited and we implemented their plan of action, we began to show an increase in income. The second month we turned a $5000.00 profit! Neil is wonderful in the advertising and marketing department. He can direct you and assist you in getting the best advertising for your money. He also gives you all the forms that they have personally developed with the assistance of legal counsel. Debbie is a wiz with the laser. I thought I knew what I needed to know about laser procedures, but when she came she gave me new parameters, some new techniques, and now my vein treatments are so much better. Debbie also provides in-service to your staff, which we have found is the key to success. We have been able to bring in more calls now because of the phone techniques that have been given to our staff. The most impressive thing about the Blanchard’s is that after they leave your office and have been paid in full, they are always sending updates, and are always available for questions. I enjoyed your Webinar earlier this evening. I have had a LightSheer unit for the last 4 years and it served my patients (and me too) very well. I am a family practice physician by training. Started out doing 100% FP and had no time for anything........after about a couple of years I went and got the LightSheer. Through the years I have made a lot of mistakes on the business side of the operations and learned from them......I am still learning about the business side of this. A lot of what you have stated on the Webinar is very true..........and I can identify with a lot of what you have said because I was there!! What really did the home run is what you have said in the example of a doc can not believe that an existing patient of his who would not even pay him a $10 co-pay but turns around and pay some several thousand dollars AT ONE TIME for laser hair removal!!!! Anyway, I am looking for a second laser that can do more than just "hair". The Cutera Xeo is looking to be very promising. I will be going to the Sat workshop at Irvine CA. I was wondering if you are going to be there presenting? Thanks.

I recently talked with a Dr. Reddy, from the Merced CA area. This doc had called me to find out why I did not continue to go with LightSheer and went on to buy the Cutera XEO. Anyway, she is undecided about Laser Advantage. I advised her that since this is a "brand new" venture for her...........it is important to "quickly" know what to do and what not to do. The whatever "charge" Laser Advantage charges can be worked into the laser purchase and whatever that "charge" is............it is really "INSIGNIFICANT" because the "OPPORTUNITY COST" of not knowing what to do (more importantly what NOT TO DO) is TOO GREAT not to do this right. Anyway, if she had not talked with you yet.........I think she would benefit from your services. Also Dr. Reddy is looking at the Lumenis units.............I had explained to her the reasons that I went with Cutera...........I could have "upgraded" my LightSheer to be able to "treat dark skinned patients"......but I was not convinced. Everything is going great for our first month. Dr. Kolde did $10 to $12K per his first month in business and is limited some what by his schedule which still needs to accommodate his medical patients and their need for access. Best laser course I have participated in. Dr. Kassir is so well versed & knowledgeable regarding laser physics and laser use that there seemed not to be enough time to pick his brain more.
