Laser Advantage History

Laser Advantage was founded in 2000 after its co-owners were first introduced to the aesthetic industry in 1999 by a laser hair removal company in the Northwest. While working with this company they were able to increase the sales revenues by 44% to nearly $90,000 per month within two months. It was at this point they decided to continue on their own and eventually opened a total of 10 aesthetic laser clinics across the nation.

With this experience, in 2003 they developed and establish a very concise training and educational consulting program known today as Laser Advantage. Laser Advantage Consulting; provided a comprehensive hands-on approach to teaching and training, beginning with advertising and marketing to the client's initial call and including the entire treatment process through post-care instructions. By the end of 2006, they had worked with over 500 different laser aesthetic facilities from all over the US and Canada. Through this process, Laser Advantage had gained a vast experience working with every demographic from very rural communities to large metropolitan cities while having consulted with almost every specialty of medicine.
 
Even though this training process had been very productive, it came with some disadvantages. One being the price point of time and travel and secondly, the amount of information that had to be learned and absorbed by the clients on the training day. There were also occasions when some of the clients were unable to attend due to illnesses, scheduling conflicts or just simply being pulled away for other daily office responsibilities.

In 2007 Laser Advantage developed a virtual web based program that eliminated these issues. Now clients can access and use this program at their pace and on their time. Laser Advantage's program comes with a 1 year unlimited phone support system. This process has become a very well received and popular way to conduct their business.

Neil Blanchard is CEO of Laser Advantage Consulting. His experience includes over eight years as CEO of Laser Advantage, where he and his wife Debbie successfully opened and operated ten aesthetic laser centers across the US. With this experience he developed a very concise business education training program which became the Laser Advantage Consulting and Training Company as it exists today. This educational program has helped hundreds of new laser and aesthetic businesses to get off the ground in a productive and successful manner. Neil has also helped existing aesthetic laser centers increase sales while streamlining their costs. In 2005, he designed several new creative educational and training products to further assist existing and future clients. In 2007, he developed and launched a very comprehensive and well received virtual web-based business educational training progam. Neil has also been an expert speaker on Practice Business Management for hundereds of medical professionals and a contributing editor for articles in various medical journels.

Debbie Blanchard is the Executive Vice President of Laser Advantage Consulting, serving in this capacity for over eight years. Her extensive hands-on experience with innovative light-based technologies has been instrumental in the development and implementation of the unique training, educational programs and protocols that sets Laser Advantage apart. She has served as a training consultant for Cynosure Inc. and managed their in-house clinical training program for 1 ½ years and has also assisted and set up several training courses with top Dermatologist Martin Kassir, MD FAAD in Dallas TX. Her outstanding accomplishments include a 96.4% overall satisfaction approval rating from the thousands of aesthetic clients that have benefited from her educational and laser training expertise.
